The Sunday Night Boundary
Late September is when the grading pile starts following you home. Pick one night this week, Sunday works, and set a hard stop: laptop closed at a time you choose, school email off your phone until morning. Write tomorrow's top three tasks on a sticky note first so your brain can let go of them.
